A grade reflects the condition assessment made through our grading process at the time of evaluation. Market value, future value, resale price, buyer demand, or acceptance by a third party is not guaranteed. A disagreement with a grade does not by itself create a right to a refund or compensation.
6. Submissions and Customer Property
You are responsible for packaging cards securely before shipment to us and for using a shipping method appropriate to the value and sensitivity of the items being sent. Do not submit items you are not authorized to possess or submit.
We may refuse, return, or decline to grade an item when its condition, authenticity, legality, safety, eligibility, or submission information prevents normal processing.
7. Certificates, Slabs, and Verification
Cosmic certificates, labels, security features, slabs, and verification tools are intended to help identify items processed through Cosmic Grading Cards Elite. Verification information should be reviewed together with the physical holder and item. A certificate number alone does not authorize alteration, duplication, or misuse of Cosmic branding.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, destination restrictions, customer-provided information, and other factors outside our control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Risk associated with carrier transit is handled according to the shipping method, carrier rules, applicable insurance, and applicable law. If a directly purchased order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly under our Return Policy.
9. Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Collectible, mystery, sealed, and grading-related transactions are generally final except where a remedy is required by applicable law or where we approve a resolution for a qualifying order problem.
