Due to the collectible and mystery nature of our products, all sales made through our official website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Dislike of contents or duplicates in mystery packs
• Disagreement with assigned grades
• Buyer error or incorrect order details
• Minor cosmetic imperfections

Mystery Products Disclosure

Many of our items are sold as mystery packs, meaning the contents are randomized. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• You cannot request specific items
• Item rarity or value is not guaranteed
• Each pack is part of the collectible experience

Grading Services & Slabs

Cards submitted to Cosmic Grading Cards are professionally evaluated using consistent standards. Grades are subjective and final.

Cosmic Slabs are tamper-evident and sealed. Once slabbed and delivered, they cannot be returned. Damage caused after delivery—including tampering or cracking—voids any claim.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess and, at our sole discretion, may offer a resolution.

This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through our official website.
